The end of the Murder on Eridanos DLC in The Outer Worlds will see you wrapping up a murder mystery. For anyone casually reading this guide, information technology contains spoilers for the final mission and a large story reveal, so read with caution.

Much like the primary story and other DLC content in the game, it boils down to a terminal choice, exercise you want to help Luovico, or do you desire to help Helen?

Ludovico is the person who had "Helen" murder in the commencement place, accidentally killing the secret twin sister who didn't actually know anything about his plan. His reasoning is that he wants to infect anybody with the parasites, making everyone on Eridanos happy. While the end result is noble, happiness from a brain chewing parasite is not real happiness, at the end of the twenty-four hours.

Helen, on the other manus, wants revenge for her secret dead sis, and has been happy to mow down anyone who gets in her mode, whether they were a expert person or not.

What happens if yous side with Helen?

If you side with Helen, Ludovico will try to kill you all past sealing you into the manufactory. You will get access to a mission called The Bird Drug when you lot escape and will need to make an antidote for the parasitic infection. After yous disperse it over the area, y'all will demand to track downwardly Ludovico and take on an interesting surprise dominate fight.

What happens if you side with Ludovico?

If y'all side with Ludovico yous will become access to a mission called The Infernal Exploding Car of Halcyon Helen, and will aid Ludovico to infect the entire colony.

Which 1 y'all decide to go with is upwards to you lot, the DLC is largely independent of the residuum of the game'southward content, so will not have any impact outside of its ain story.
